Scholastic achievement is so much more than just marks but it adds to a great personality filled with valuable lessons. This is how Yashita Jain identifies herself in life. This young wizard is studying in class IV at Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg.
“My mother is the force behind my success. She would make a full-fledged time table for me during exams and would take regular tests to assess my learning,” expressed the eight-year-old.
With Math and English as her favourite subjects, Yashita aspires to become a doctor. “The best part about school is playtime. I love meeting my friends and spending time with them,” she shared.
Yashita’s favourite food is Sushi and she loves to explore varied cuisines. “My mother teaches me at home and if she is busy with chores then my father looks after my studies,” she added.
Apart from academics, Yashita has indulged herself in learning football and chess. “I am learning both these sports at school and enjoying the experience so far,” she quipped.
“During my leisure time I love to watch movies made for children. Like recently I watched Barbie and absolutely loved its content. Moreover, I am an ardent reader too,” iterated the Geronimo Stilton fan.
On a concluding note, Yashita shared her routine on regular days. “I wake up by 6:30 am to reach school by 7:30 am. I am back by 3 pm and then I take a power nap. Later, I study and finish my homework and finally hit the bed by 9 pm.”
