Apeejay Newsroom recently had the pleasure of speaking with Gunisha Ralhan’s mother to gain insights into their experience with Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg. Gunisha, currently in 6th grade, comes from a family with deep roots in Apeejay, making her educational journey particularly meaningful. Read edited excerpts:
Can you tell us why you chose Apeejay School for Gunisha?
We chose Apeejay for Gunisha because of its top-notch facilities and experienced teachers. Moreover, both Gunisha’s father and her aunt are alumni of Apeejay, which makes it a family tradition. We believe it’s the best school in the region.
How would you describe Gunisha’s English and communication skills?
Gunisha is generally confident, though sometimes she feels hesitant in public speaking. However, the school provides ample opportunities for her to improve, such as anchoring in graduation ceremonies and upcoming declamation contests.
What extracurricular activities is Gunisha involved in?
Gunisha is passionate about basketball and participates in dance activities regularly. She has also tried her hand at singing and acting in school plays. Additionally, she engages in notice board maintenance and previously served as a class representative.
How satisfied are you with Gunisha’s overall development at Apeejay?
We are quite satisfied with Gunisha’s progress. She participates actively in various activities, and her relationship with teachers is excellent. While minor issues may arise, they are part of any institution’s journey. Overall, Gunisha’s holistic development is commendable.
What is Gunisha’s attitude towards school?
Gunisha loves going to school and eagerly participates in every activity. She enjoys the company of her friends and teachers so much that she wishes for school to be open even on Sundays!
