Much like a home, school fosters a sense of belonging, offering emotional support through friendships and guidance from teachers. “This school is a place where my child has formed deep connections with peers; is guided by caring teachers, and learns essential values. The warmth, encouragement, and sense of community mirror the comfort and security of home, fostering both academic and personal growth,’ says Dhananjay Shetty whose son Siddharth studies in class IV at Apeejay School, Nerul.
Read on to learn how structured routines, personal development, and moral values encourage growth and discovery for children.
Why did you choose Apeejay for admission?
Our top priority was finding a well-rounded school that excels in academics, sports, value education, and cultural activities. We did hear from many parents recommending Apeejay in that respect. Also, Apeejay being one of the oldest CBSE schools with its unique teaching methodology was our first choice.
How are the teachers here?
Teachers in Apeejay are incredibly supportive, and motivating; They guide the students toward their success. A special mention to the nursery teacher who has helped my son from the beginning – motivating him to participate in recitations and other extra-curricular activities which helped him all along.
How are the school infrastructure and facilities?
In recent periods the infrastructure and facilities of the school have improved. A few of them which we have noticed like new benches, good washrooms, and CCTVs in all the classrooms have made an incredible impact.
Which extracurricular activities does your child enjoy at school?
My son loves to participate in Robotics and Sports Guru and he is thoroughly enjoying all of it.
How has your child’s journey been at school so far?
It’s been a fantastic journey for my son, Siddharth. He has been doing well not only in academics but also in other activities such as music and sports. He has become more confident and has been able to take up more challenging activities.
Do you feel Apeejay is like a second home for your child?
Yes, he enjoys going to school. He loves interacting with teachers and meeting his friends daily. I am observing him growing into a humble human being with the help of this school.
Are you happy and satisfied as a parent?
Yes, we are thoroughly satisfied with Apeejay School. This institute is helping not only in providing quality education but also inculcating moral values in my child which will foster his great personality and behaviour ahead.
