How has swimming changed your life personally?
Swimming has not only made me physically strong but also mentally. One valuable lesson I’ve gained from this sport is that I no longer fear competition and feel ready to face any challenge at any time.
What’s the most challenging part of swimming?
The most challenging part of swimming is breaking my time. It involves breaking through physical and mental barriers to achieve faster times in various swimming events. Consistent training, refining techniques, and enhancing endurance are essential for me as a swimmer.
Explain your training regime.
My daily training schedule/regime starts with warm-up exercises; warm-up in the pool; main set in swimming; relaxation, and finally stretching.
Would you like to take up swimming professionally in future?
Yes, but I am more inclined towards joining the Army and serving my nation.
How has Apeejay supported your swimming journey?
Apeejay School has encouraged me to do better. My school teachers have always been a source of encouragement for me. The most rewarding moment was when I was recognised and praised during the assembly in front of the entire school.
