As a student of Apeejay School of Management (ASM), Dwarka in New Delhi, I embarked on a transformative summer internship at Agprop Consultants LLP, where I delved into the realm of Research and Analytics. This experience has been nothing short of remarkable, and I am immensely grateful to Mr. Shivek Aggarwal, the Founder and CEO of AGPROP Consultants LLP, for being an exceptional mentor throughout my project study. Despite his busy schedule, he graciously provided guidance, inspiration, motivation, and encouragement, fueling my passion for real estate analytics.

Delving into market research and analysis
As a member of Agprop’s Market Research and Analysis team, my primary responsibility involved conducting comprehensive market research for a potential new residential development in an upcoming suburban area. The scope of my work encompassed analysing demographic trends, evaluating local amenities, studying competing properties, and understanding the preferences of the target market.
Under the guidance of experienced analysts, I developed invaluable skills in data interpretation, market forecasting, and decision-making processes pertinent to property development. The hands-on experience broadened my understanding of real estate economics and reinforced the significance of thorough research in driving informed investment decisions.
