HR Innovate: Strategies Behind Successful Companies

The HR Club of Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC), Rama Mandi, Jalandhar successfully organized an engaging and insightful event titled “HR Innovate: Strategies Behind Successful Companies.” The event aimed to enhance students’ understanding of human resource strategies and their impact on the success of leading companies.

Students from MBA, BBA, and B.Com (Hons.) actively participated in the event with great enthusiasm. The competition encouraged participants to showcase their knowledge about HR strategies, talent management, leadership, and brand goodwill of top companies. It provided a platform for students to analyze and discuss the key factors that contribute to an organization’s growth and success.

The event saw intense competition among the teams, with participants demonstrating remarkable insights into HR practices. After a thrilling contest, the winners of the quiz competition were:

  • First Place: Dilpreet and Jishman from B.Com VI
  • Second Place: Umesh and Khushboo from MBA II B
  • Third Place: Arshpreet and Dhawal Jain from MBA IV A

The event was organized under the expert guidance of Dr. R.R. Rajan Chaudhary, Faculty, School of Management, who served as the Convener of the event. The Faculty CoordinatorDr. Anuradha, played a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the event. Additionally, Dollcy Sharma from MBA IV A and Nishika Mogla from BBA VI served as student coordinators, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Addressing the participants, Dr. Rajesh Bagga, Director, AIMETC, commended the students for their deep understanding of human resource management, strategy planning, and brand goodwill. He appreciated their active participation and encouraged them to engage in similar student-led initiatives that promote learning beyond the classroom. He also congratulated the winners and motivated all students to keep enhancing their knowledge and skills in HR and strategic management.
