Further speaking about the support extended from the school, Ms Bharthwal said, “Apeejay School has been actively supporting sports and physical education as a crucial part of its curriculum. It provides infrastructure like turf which helps students engage in a variety of sports. It encourages participation in inter-school competitions and sports tournaments. This helps students develop a competitive spirit while also improving their team skills and sportsmanship.

Physical education is a key part of the school’s curriculum, and students are encouraged to participate in sports activities regularly, helping them maintain physical fitness and health. This wasn’t possible without the support and encouragement of the school management program. They provide qualified sports coaches and trainers to guide students in improving their skills in various sports.

“Coaching is provided for both beginners and advanced players, allowing for growth and development at different levels. Principal ma’am also supported us by permitting us to coach beyond school timings and compete with other local schools. These efforts show Apeejay School’s commitment to fostering a sports culture and holistic development for its students,” she concluded.
