Apeejay School, Saket has once again upheld its legacy of academic excellence with its students delivering remarkable performances in the JEE Main 2025 examination. Among the school’s top achievers are Shaurya Khantwal, Shounak Sengupta, and Krishiv Majumdar, who credit their success to disciplined study routines, conceptual clarity, and constant support from teachers.
Shaurya Khantwal, one of the high scorers with 97.55 percentile, shared insights into his preparation strategy. He mentioned that instead of following a rigid study schedule, he focused on completing his academic tasks with full understanding. “I studied for about four to five hours a day. I didn’t follow a fixed routine but made sure I grasped each concept thoroughly before moving on. Depth in understanding helped me retain and apply concepts better,” he said. While Physics was relatively easier for him, he admitted that Chemistry required more effort. Shaurya is currently considering Computer Science Engineering as his field of specialisation. Speaking about the school’s role in his journey, he added, “The teachers at Apeejay School, Saket were very supportive and the environment in the school was extremely conducive to focused learning.”
Shounak Sengupta also performed impressively in the examination, scoring an impressive 96.31 percentile and adding significantly to the school’s strong JEE Main result. His steady preparation and academic focus contributed significantly to his success.
Another standout performer, Krishiv Majumdar, who scored an incredible 95.09 percentile and followed a well-planned-rigorous study routine. “I had a subject-wise schedule—Chemistry in the morning, Physics in the afternoon and evening, and Mathematics at night,” he explained. Krishiv believes that smart selection of questions in the exam plays a crucial role. “The key to qualifying the JEE Main is choosing the questions wisely. Attempt only those you are confident about, as negative marking can be detrimental,” he advised.
He further added that Chemistry was his strongest subject and he dedicated more time to it during his preparation. “My performance in Chemistry improved significantly thanks to the school’s notes and the guidance of my subject teachers,” he said. Aspiring to pursue Mechanical Engineering, Krishiv is currently preparing for the JEE Advanced exam. “The journey is still ongoing. I am working hard and staying consistent, with the hope of achieving my goal,” he stated.
These achievements reflect not only the hard work and perseverance of the students but also the school’s commitment to nurturing academic excellence and providing holistic guidance to its learners.
