CBSE Class 12 Board Exam: ‘Avoid making diagrams with a pen’

Physical Education has increasingly gained recognition as an essential subject in the CBSE class XII Board exams, shaping students’ overall fitness, health awareness, and skill development. This critical course not only fosters physical well-being but also nurtures discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities. By bridging theoretical concepts with practical applications, the syllabus empowers young minds to better understand human physiology, sports science, and fitness regimens.

Mr Ashok Kumar, a Physical Education (PE) teacher at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri delves into the preparation strategies, the format of the questions and mistakes to avoid.

The question paper consists of five sections and 37 questions.

Section A of questions 1-18 will carry 1 mark each and are multiple choice questions. All questions are compulsory.
