Blue Blaze: HR Club celebrates the spirit and strength of blue-collar heroes

The HR Club – HUMANeX of Apeejay School of Management, Dwarka successfully organised a unique and heartwarming activity titled “Blue Blaze – Celebrating Strength, Smiles and Spirit in Blue.” The event was dedicated to acknowledging and appreciating the invaluable contributions of the college’s blue-collar workforce, whose tireless efforts ensure the smooth functioning of the institution every single day.

The primary objective of Blue Blaze was to create moments of joy and inclusivity while providing the staff with an opportunity to relax, participate, and feel recognised. It was not just a celebration but also an expression of gratitude, reflecting the HR Club’s commitment to fostering respect, community bonding, and human connection beyond classroom learning.

The event unfolded with an array of fun-filled and interactive games that filled the atmosphere with cheer. Burst the Balloon brought laughter and tested reflexes, creating an infectious energy among participants. Build the Pyramid became a symbol of teamwork and unity, highlighting how balance and cooperation lead to strength. The lively Catch the Ball game added further enthusiasm and showcased the remarkable coordination of the participants.

The blue-collar staff participated wholeheartedly in every activity, their enthusiasm lighting up the campus. Many staff members shared that the event made them feel truly valued and offered a refreshing break from their daily routine.

For the HR Club members, organising Blue Blaze was a deeply rewarding experience. They expressed that the initiative not only allowed them to give back to the workforce but also deepened their respect and bond with those who form the backbone of the institution.

The activity was planned and executed with precision under the leadership of Club President Ms. Mitanshi Khanna, supported by Vice President Ms. Abhilasha Bansal, General Secretary Ms. Priya Vishwanathan, and a team of dedicated volunteers.
