Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park students bag eleven medals 

Sports don’t just make us physically strong but also mentally sharp. One is more aware of one’s environment and in the process more equipped for self-defence. Perhaps the sport that helps the most in this regard is taekwondo. 

 Taekwondo is essential for building discipline, confidence, and physical fitness. It promotes self-defense skills, mental focus, and perseverance, empowering students to face challenges while fostering respect and camaraderie among each other.

And as always, students of Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park have gained mastery over this sport too.  They recently showcased their exceptional skills at the 3rd North East District Taekwondo Championship held in Ghaziabad. Competing against a strong field of participants, Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park students displayed remarkable talent and determination. Tirelessly fighting through the numerous rounds, the young martial artists secured an impressive tally of 11 medals.

The medal tally included six gold, four silver, and one bronze medal. Such an impressive performance is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the students. Such an outstanding achievement highlights the school’s commitment to nurturing athletic excellence and fostering a spirit of sportsmanship among its students.
