Apeejay School, Noida, achieved a remarkable victory at the Enovators Web Forge Tech Fest, organised by Vishwa Bharti School, Noida. The event showcased the talents of three young achievers: Annika Tikkha (Class 10F) and Rishabh Gurnani (Class 10E), who secured first prize in the Web Forge event, and Pramanshi Pal (Class 5C), who won second prize in the Ad Venture competition. Their achievements reflect their creativity, technical skills, and the strong foundation provided by their school.
Annika Tikkha: Coding Her Way to Success
Annika, alongside her teammate Rishabh, won the prestigious WEB FORGE event, where they were tasked with creating a fully functional website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within an hour. “The challenge was to design a website that was not only visually appealing but also user-friendly,” Annika explained. The duo’s strategic preparation paid off, and despite working with just one computer, they managed to collaborate effectively, sharing ideas and dividing tasks.
Annika’s love for programming, which began when she was 11, played a key role in her success. She emphasised the importance of teamwork and credited the guidance from her teachers at Apeejay for helping her excel. Looking forward, Annika plans to pursue PCM with computer science in Class 11, with the goal of becoming an aerospace engineer.
Pramanshi Pal: Creativity in the AD Venture Event
Pramanshi, a budding talent from Class 5C, secured second place in the AD VENTURE competition. She was tasked with creating a project in MS Word on the topic “Conversion of Transportation” without using any images. “At first, I was nervous, but then I thought of using shapes and text creatively to convey my ideas,” Pramanshi shared. Her innovative approach set her apart from the competition.
Pramanshi credited her teachers’ support and encouragement for her achievement, adding that their guidance was instrumental in her success. She is excited to participate in future events and further explore her interests in art and computers.
