A captivating special assembly, themed “A Time to Reflect and Evolve,” was conducted by students and teachers of Tagore House, marking a moment of introspection as the year 2025 begins. The assembly served as a platform for reflection on achievements, learning, and the resolutions to embrace as the new year starts.
The event commenced with a solemn school prayer and a heartfelt rendition of “Teri Hai Zameen Tera Aasman” that set the tone for the assembly. Following this, a unique skit unfolded, personifying the years 2024 and 2025. The skit emphasised the milestones and triumphs of the past year—particularly in science, culture, and the environment—while outlining hopes and resolutions for the future. It served as a poignant reminder of the significance of reflecting on progress and striving for greater achievements ahead.
The Tagore House choir captivated the audience with a melodious performance, emphasising the importance of perseverance and resilience amidst life’s challenges. Their song, resonating with themes of hope and determination, inspired everyone to face the future with renewed vigor.
Continuing with their captivating performances, students of Tagore House showcased a mesmerising classical dance, embodying grace and poise, which left the audience spellbound. Their performance symbolised the inner strength and courage needed to navigate the uncertainties of the future.
The assembly also featured the awarding of certificates to the winners of the Fit India competition, held between December 19 and December 24. School Principal Ms. Surabhi Joshi and Vice Principal Ms. Vandana Bansal personally handed out the certificates, acknowledging the students’ dedication and achievements.
Adding to the event’s intellectual appeal, a short yet fascinating video was presented, highlighting mathematical marvels inspired by numbers, marking the conclusion of the school’s Maths Week Celebrations.
In her closing address, Principal Ms. Surabhi Joshi lauded the efforts of Tagore House students and teachers, appreciating their remarkable performances and active participation in nurturing a culture of reflection and growth.
